| HALOGEN MRX | Based on the blend of emulsifier and
other speciality chemicals our range of light yellow colored clear
liquid Halogen MRX is a latest developed product formulation. It is
mainly used for anti creasing and lubricating to avoid cracking and
difficult crease formation in jet dyeing. It increases the brightness
and absorbency in scouring, while giving a better finish due to swelling
of yarn. Latest developed specialty formulation for scouring, de-sizing and dyeing for polyester and its blends with viscose, cotton in compact weave to enhance penetration, swelling of fabric or yarn, and to increase migration of dyes with built-in anti-creasing and lubricating additives. |

| ® HALOGEN 187M | Our range of Halogen 187M can be used
as a scouring and dyeing agent in one bath.It reduces the weight for
polyester fabrics givingf it a bright color finish.It is a one bath
cationic polyester dyeing in machine cleaning operation. This Halogen
187M is mostly used as a levelling agent for correction of uneven
polyester dyeing. Halogen 187M is compatible with all other auxiliaries
and has effect on Lurax. One bath scouring and leveling auxiliary for polyester, polyester-viscose blended yarn, fiber, and fabric with balance scouring power. Increases colour yield, brightness, with built-in machine cleaning advantages. |

| ® HALOGEN XLM | Halogen XLM is specially formulated
product based on a blend of emulsifiers, solvents and specialty
chemicals for stain removing, scouring, levelling of polyester,
polyester viscose blended fibres, yarn and fabric. It is a pale yellow
to brown coloured acidic viscous liquid with a PH balance of 1 gpl
solution of around 5. Other than oxalic or acetic acid, no other
auxiliary is required. On an average, 10 to 15% increase in colour value
as compared to dyeing with only acetic acid can be obtained depending
upon the molecular weight of disperse dyes with better ground cleaning,
better brightness. One bath scouring, leveling auxiliary for polyester, polyester- viscose blended yarn, fiber, and fabric with high scouring power. Increases colour brightness, colour depth, ground cleanliness etc. with built-in machine cleaning. |

| HALOGEN DFT | Halogen DFT is a specificalty
auxiliary formulated for polyester dyeing of fibres, yarn and fabric. It
is based on a blend of emulsifiers, solvents and specialty additives to
yield levelled dyeing with polyester dyes. It is a pale yellow, viscous
liquid, which is compatible with all textile auxiliaries and stable up
to temperature 130?C. It is used in polyester dyeing yields on average
10% increase in colour depth in dyeing as compared to dyeing with acidic
medium only. Excellent Levelling and migrating agent for polyester dyeing in normal and U-tube jet machines. Increases colour depth, brightness in dyeing of polyester and blended yarn, and fabric. |

useful product for weight reduction of micro or roto polyester fabric
with very compact weave along with caustic soda. The formulation is
based on blend of emulsifiers and other specialty chemicals. It is one
of the best product for processing of yarn and fabric with acrylic
sizing material. Powerful Scouring and De-sizing agent based on emulsifiers extremely useful for synthetic sizes. Scouring of fiber dyed fabric in alkaline medium can be done at 90-100 C with hydro-sulfite of soda and PENESORB without tinting the background. |

| NISHANT NISCHON | Nishant nischon is a formulated
product based on certain non-ionic emulsifiers, and other chemicals
specially for washing of disperse printed and procion printed fabrics.
It is useful in washing of dyed fabrics, procion or vat dyed to reduce
the number of ends on jiggers or to reduce washing cycle in jet
machines, thereby yielding better rubbing and washing fastness.It gives
a better rubbing and washing fastness. An auxiliary for washing of printed fabrics and removal of tint from printed fabric. It is also used for washing of yarn and fabric dyed with reactive colours to increase washing and rubbing fastness. |

| ® HALOGEN XLM | We recommend to use our Halogen XLM
particularly while dyeing light shades as ground cleaning, stain
removing are important in light shades. This is an excellent scouring
agent in jigger, jet machine and U-tube jet. We recommend to add oxalic
acid or caustic soda and Halogen XML in the bath. Heat our range of
Halogen XML as per the required scouring temperature in running
conditions then hold the souring temperature as per program.Later
onwards cool it to 60?C 70?C and drain the bath. At last wash your
clothes again and neutralize to follow with another cold wash. One bath scouring, leveling auxiliary for polyester, polyester- viscose blended yarn, fiber, and fabric with high scouring power. Increases colour brightness, colour depth, ground cleanliness etc. with built-in machine cleaning. |

| NISHANT NISCHON | Nishant nischon can be used with
caustic soda, and / or hydrogen peroxide at all temperature range upto
130?C if required. For degumming of vat printed fabric, Nischon can be
used alongwith DS-10, a desizing formulation in jet or in winches to
reduce a separate step, yielding brighter and softer fabric. An auxiliary for washing of printed fabrics and removal of tint from printed fabric. It is also used for washing of yarn and fabric dyed with reactive colours to increase washing and rubbing fastness. |
