| ® HALOGEN 187M | Our range of Halogen 187M can be used as a scouring and dyeing agent in one bath.It reduces the weight for polyester fabrics givingf it a bright color finish.It is a one bath cationic polyester dyeing in machine cleaning operation. This Halogen 187M is mostly used as a levelling agent for correction of uneven polyester dyeing. Halogen 187M is compatible with all other auxiliaries and has effect on Lurax. | |
| ® HALOGEN XLM | Halogen XLM is specially formulated product based on a blend of emulsifiers, solvents and specialty chemicals for stain removing, scouring, levelling of polyester, polyester viscose blended fibres, yarn and fabric. It is a pale yellow to brown coloured acidic viscous liquid with a PH balance of 1 gpl solution of around 5. Other than oxalic or acetic acid, no other auxiliary is required. On an average, 10 to 15% increase in colour value as compared to dyeing with only acetic acid can be obtained depending upon the molecular weight of disperse dyes with better ground cleaning, better brightness. | |
| HALOGEN DFT | Halogen DFT is a specificalty auxiliary formulated for polyester dyeing of fibres, yarn and fabric. It is based on a blend of emulsifiers, solvents and specialty additives to yield levelled dyeing with polyester dyes. It is a pale yellow, viscous liquid, which is compatible with all textile auxiliaries and stable up to temperature 130?C. It is used in polyester dyeing yields on average 10% increase in colour depth in dyeing as compared to dyeing with acidic medium only. | |

| ® HALOGEN XLM | We recommend to use our Halogen XLM particularly while dyeing light shades as ground cleaning, stain removing are important in light shades. This is an excellent scouring agent in jigger, jet machine and U-tube jet. We recommend to add oxalic acid or caustic soda and Halogen XML in the bath. Heat our range of Halogen XML as per the required scouring temperature in running conditions then hold the souring temperature as per program.Later onwards cool it to 60?C – 70?C and drain the bath. At last wash your clothes again and neutralize to follow with another cold wash. | |
| NISHANT NISCHON | Nishant nischon can be used with caustic soda, and / or hydrogen peroxide at all temperature range upto 130?C if required. For degumming of vat printed fabric, Nischon can be used alongwith DS-10, a desizing formulation in jet or in winches to reduce a separate step, yielding brighter and softer fabric. | |
